Exterior Upgrades

Added a new set of stairs up to this elevated deck, along with all new decking, handrail, and privacy walls. This deck also features a waterproofing system protecting the framing, as well as giving the clients a completely covered weatherproof space below for those rainy days. We also replaced all the windows, trims, and soffits, making this duplex feel new again.
